love the tea tree line!

I recently purchased this product, along with the tea tree facial wash and toner. My skin was badly broken out and has been since I was in my teens. I have tried so many products and nothing seemed to help and I think some products I used made the problem worse and I was always insecure about how bad my skin looked. i decided to try the tea tree line after a coworker told me about it. I love it. It has completely cleared my skin up. The real test was around "hormonal time" my face is normally a mess and this time around I have had just a few slight breakout spots but nothing compared to before. I will keep using this since my skin has changed. The moisturizer is a bit drying but I'll take it in exchange for a clearer skin, I'll just be looking for a nothing moisturizer from tbs that I can use along with this. I also with the moisturizer was a little bit bigger thats my only complain other than that I love it and thanks

I only use this lotion on my t-zone because it can be a little drying. I use the seaweed matifying day cream on the other parts of my face and neck.
Since I started using this, my acne breakouts are almost non-existant! It really controls oil too! I think it smells fresh and clean.

Great stuff

I have dry skin. I have a few, small patches of acne that have persisted for some time. The acne is not obvious but I KNOW it's there. So, I wanted to try something to get rid of them without drying out my skin. TA DA! It worked. I've been using this daily and slowly but surely the acne is disappearing. Not as fast as I'd like but it's going. YAY!

LOVE despite smelling like Pine-Sol

I unfortunately stress out all the time, which of course causes skin issues. I also can't use a lot of the typical acne control products, since I'm allergic to benzoyl peroxide. Looking like a clown for days from using one of the super well known store brands and learning of my newest allergy, I've been hesitant to try much new on my skin. The few things I've tried were okay, but I didn't get as much help from them as i wanted. Saw this being promoted on the FB for The Body Shop USA and decided to try it out.
I put this stuff on in the morning, and it's pretty easy to see quickly that it's helping. My cheeks and nose tend to be reddish (from what I'm guessing are pimples wanting to attack). I'm also *super* pale, and the red just looks comical. 10-15 minutes after I put it on, my complexion looks *so* much more even. And on days I don't use it, I can see just how much of a difference it makes. Didn't use it today, and my forehead feels more bumpy. I'm hoping that using it for a couple of weeks will have more lasting results, but even if it doesn't, I'm happy with the it.
It does very strongly smell like Pine-Sol, but I'd say that lasts for about 5 minutes (or maybe you just get used to the scent). I'm sad that the bottle is a little small, but a little goes a long way. It has a pretty thin consistency, so it spreads out really easily. It's also different from a lot of products I've used in that it doesn't leave visible residue on my face. No one wants to look like their face is peeling up from a sunburn. It dries pretty quickly too, if for some reason you need to put make up on over it. I don't personally use make up though, so whether it causes issues to use the tea tree cream first or not, I can't say.
Highly recommend, especially given all the sales you can find on here to get a better value than the normal retail price. It's pricier than stuff you'd buy in a general store, but if your skin is stubborn/evil like mine, this should be your go to product. Hope you find as much benefit from the product as I have!

Great for Acne Scars!

I use this lotion every night before bed, after Tea Tree Mask or Skin Clearing Wash and Toner. After a month of use, I noticed my acne scars were fading! Reduces blemishes and redness within hours of use! Leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth! I've been using all of the Tea Tree Products for 3 years, and I love how they make my skin look and feel!

Amazing for Oily skin

I have very oily skin so I am very picky when it comes to buying lotion. I took a chance and bought this lotion in a Tea Tree Value kit last Christmas holiday and I haven't regretted the purchase since! This lotion definitely absorbs onto my face fast and I have noticed a decrease in shininess throughout the day! Overall, I always wear this lotion under my makeup.

Great for Oily Skin

This is a great for people who only have oily to super oily skin. It's a gel lotion that quickly soaks into the skin and leaves the skin matte. If you have combination skin it can make your skin a bit dry. It feels cool and refreshing but if you have sensitive skin there's a slight stinging sensation. I use this mostly in the summer time when I'm outside under sunscreen.

My bottle was not safety sealed, but I used it anyway thinking that it would be okay and so far, it has been more than just okay. My face is oily and this lotion really absorbs it and kerps my face from getting oily throughout the day. Now, I only rarely blot and I never have to touchip my face because of streaks or dripping off of my face because of the oil.
After putting this on after the toner and facial wash, there is a nice warming effect that lasts for 5 mintues or so. It is very refreshingly hot after all that menthol cool. Before returning to a cool for another 5 mintues.
My face does seem a little tight, but I'd rather be tight than oily any day of the week. So it isn't much of a problem for me.
It reduces the redness of my acne and dries up blemishes and I have noticed fewer ones. My blackheads are fewer and poping out. I am so happy! I hardly need much foundation at all anymore after three weeks. Talk about amazing.

GREAT on adult acne

The harsh benzoyl peroxide & salicylic acid based treatments worked in my teen years. Acne took a hiatus during my 20s, but it had recently returned, mostly caused by stress & environment. I've tried several drug store & department store cosmetic counter acne treatments, with only minor improvements. Ever since starting TBS tea tree skin care regimen, my skin has greatly improved. Not only have the acne flare-ups subsided, but my very oily skin has become well-balanced -- no shine to blot away come lunch time. I find myself needing less foundation/concealer too. I'm very pleased with this line, and highly recommend it to adults with acne, who want to zap their pimples & oily skin without the harsh side effects that the teen acne treatments can cause (redness, over-drying, peeling. etc.).

Simply amazing!

I decided to try some of the teat tree line of products after reading everyone's reviews. I have used Proactiv for the past few years with some success, but I got tired of the high prices and the harsh feeling of it. I'm SO glad I tried TBS tea tree skin clearing line!
It works amazingly on my skin. I don't care for the smell of tea tree oil, but that's a small negative for the major positives of this product.
I use the cleanser/wash, the toner and the lotion once a day as well as the face mask once a week. I noticed a difference in my skin after the first day. It helps to control excess oil, but it's not drying. It helps to clear up acne I already have, as well as prevent more from coming. I noticed that my skin is more even and healthy looking, softer and glowing. My large pores on my nose have shrunk a little as well.
It's already a better deal than Proactiv, but if you buy this stuff while it's on sale, it's an incredible deal! Try it!
I also use the Clarisonic Mia2 when I use the skin clearing wash; the Clarisonic and the TBS tea tree line = amazing skin.

I like this lotion because it doesn't feel thick on my skin. The lotion doesn't make my face dry but I feel that "pull" in my skin, so I use the Vitamin E Face Mist. It also doesn't make me oily during the day.

I have been using it since a few months. I will still use it because it does moisturize my skin and makes it soft plus it works on my skin but it doesnt help in making my skin clear.
Though i would recommend the tea tree face wash and toner both work great make your skin perfect and control facial oil and you can see the difference after using it for sometime.

I have been using this moisturizer for only a week and am amazed with the results! I had been using another tea tree moisturizer for a few months, but wasn't satisfied with the results. I found this online and decided to try it. I also ordered the cleanser, toner, and night fade lotion. This is by far the BEST skincare regimine I have found, and I have tried everything from drugstore brands to prescription! My skin is normal to dry, extremely sensitive, and very acne-prone (this is a tough combination to combat). This WORKS! Thank you Body Shop for offering outstanding quality and prices!

Reduces Shine but Not Breakouts

The one star I am giving this product is because it does actually reduce shine. It goes on clear and it feels nice on the skin. Sadly, it does nothing to reduce breakouts. Before this I used benzyl peroxide gel, but I was concerned that it might prematurely age my skin. I thought the tea tree oil might be a better alternative, so I bought this product along with the tea tree face wash and mask. After I began using the products my skin got progressively worse and I went from having no breakouts to having many. The value for the small amount of product is actually quite poor as well. Overall, I am disappointed and won't buy this product again.

Awesome face lotion

I have very oily skin. I also suffer from cystic acne. I have tried many different face lotions that claim to be "oil free". This stuff is awesome. I apply it after I wash my face and apply toner (from the tea tree line), I love this stuff. My face looks matte and does not get oily. This lotion leaves my skin feeling soft. A little bit goes a long way.
