I discovered this stuff years ago and can't bring myself to use anything else on my eyes. It is so gentle, but does the job of taking off my eye make-up completely. It doesn't sting and it isn't oily or greasy like many of its competitors. It is pricey, but if you get it on sale and stock up, like I always do, it is totally worth it!

I found this product some years ago, and I can't say enough about it. It removes eye makeup thoroughly and gently. Other competitors don't even compare with this product - best ever!

This is a great eye makeup remover. It's gentle and doesn't sting if it gets in your eyes! It does not work for water proof mascara, though.

Best eye makeup remover EVER

My first experience with this exceptional product was back in 1990. My eyes and skin are quite sensitive and having been a contact lens wearer for years, a gentle product was always important.
This product surpasses ANY eye-makeup remover that I've ever tried. And I've tried everything from discount stores when I forgot mine traveling (Maybelline, Cover Girl) to higher end brands that I received in gift baskets (Lancome, Estee Lauder, Christian Dior) and truly do not wish to use anything but this product.
It is gentle on the eyes, removes eye makeup quickly and thoroughly (no tugging on delicate skin) and has a zero irritation factor. I've actually gotten it in my eyes and they never even burned. There is no oily residue to worry about if you are a contact lens wearer ~ bonus!
I don't wear waterproof makeup, so I honestly cannot speak for that, but for everyday eye makeup usage, even with a heavy, smoky eye, THIS IS YOUR PRODUCT! Look no further, you will not find anything better.

One of the things I like best about this product is the top. It is the perfect size to fit the tip of a Q-tip in. I put the Q-tip in the top and then I use the moistened Q-tip to remove my eye makeup. PERFECT!!! And, I've never had it sting my eyes or anything like that. Love it!

I loved the price and assumed that I would love the product. Instead, although I followed the directions and some of the hints given in the comments, I was left with nothing but disappointment and raccoon eyes.

This is the only eye make-up remover that I will purchase. It is amazing! Be sure to place on your eye for about 10 seconds to get it going, don't just start rubbing. I couldn't tell you if that's what the directions say but it's how my Consultant taught me when I first used it. I miss the in home selling on The Body Shop products. Hopefully they'll bring it back someday. :)

Regret purchasing!

I read so many great reviews on this product and was sadly mistaken on its performance. I'm really bummed about it too because I was excited about it being on sale, and the bottles are large which means it would last me longer than my normal MaryKay eye makeup remover, which I baby because of the price and the little quantity. I bought 2 bottles! This product did mostly nothing for me and I do not wear waterproof eye products. I had to go through several soaked cotton pads before it was removed and even then I had black everywhere. I also don't like "scrubbing" my eye makeup off as it is a sensitive area and there should be zero pushing, pulling, or tugging when removing eye makeup.

This eye makeup remover is a miracle! Absolutely NO irritation and it took my thick eye make up off effortlessly. No scrubbing required, which is good so I don't give myself wrinkles! Would absolutely purchase again.

Best Eye Make-Up Remover I've Tried

I was hesitant to try this remover b/c it's oil free (or at least I think it is?) and I've never had good results with any removers that weren't oily. But, my mom tried it and loved it, so I trusted her. SO glad I did! This is truly the best eye make-up remover I've ever used. It doesn't feel oily, actually IS gentle, and still works! Love it.

The One and Only

I have sensitive skin and have tried other eye makeup removers. I have been using this product for a few years and will not even consider trying any new products on the market. This is the one! It is so gentle--no irritation, no stinging. And it does a great job of removing mascara. I use it almost every day. Highly recommend it. Well worth the price. Definitely stock up when The Body Shop has a sale!

I was absolutely horrified to find after using this for a couple of weeks that its last 5 ingredients are Methylparaben, Butylparaben, Ethylparaben, Isobutylparaben, and Propylparaben.
Very disappointed. I wish I had read the ingredients before I bought and used this product.

I wish I had read the ingredients as well my concern was also the Sodium Laureth Sulfate but I will return this. One reason i do shop here is you can return if your not happy

Love This Stuff!

I purchased many bottles of this wonderful liquid after trying the travel bottle. I don't wear a lot of makeup, eye or otherwise, but I use this nightly anyway and it wipes away the day. I have very sensitive skin so I'm very picky when it comes to my face and I love this stuff! Great value and a must have in my make-up bag.

i used a reputed makeup remover before i switched to TBS. I was satisfied with it 'assuming' it to be the best until i received this as a gift. It is so light and feels like applying a toner!!! but removes my waterproof eye make up in one sweep!
i wonder why its not a face makeup remover!!
P.S: I sometimes use it on my face... it leaves it baby soft :)

MY HOLY GRAIL OF EYE MAKEUP REMOVER! Literally perfection. The only thing I wish is for it to be a bigger bottle and for TBS to make this product in a full face makeup remover, rather than just the eyes- I will never stop purchasing this!
I use a cotton pad, pour the solution onto the pad, and rub onto my eyes. My eyes NEVER become irritated from this product and on top of that, it takes it off it just a few swipes. This remover is not greasy, leaves no residue, and is just completely a miracle product. :) Thanks!

I purchased this product based on the positive reviews I read and I can say without reservation that it lives up to the hype! I love that it effectively removes eye cosmetics quickly and it feels refreshing. I will never go back to the greasy feeling of baby oil. I will always use this from now on! Love it!
