Amazing Match!

Wow! Never saw anything like this! It's white and I have light skin WITH freckles! It found a shade and made a nice, smooth surface color that blended perfectly. It didn't leave any kind of line at the jaw/neck area. This is not a cover-up. I still used a cover on a couple blemishes, but a little under-eye darkness was covered. This is a keeper for me!

This was the first thing I've ever purchased from The Body Shop. I was skeptical at first, but I am really impressed with how well the BB cream covers and how light it feels. My face also gets a lot less oily with this than with other traditional foundations.

It works more like a moisture

I bought the medium tone color. I 've used many bb creams before. I don't think this is the one that I am looking for. I really like their matte prime, therefore, I wana try their bb cream. I am dry skin type. The bb cream is smooth n easy to apply, it does a fair (not outstanding) job for moisturizing my skin. for bb cream, I will expect that it will even out my skin color, I waited for a couple hrs after I applied it on my face, my skin look like I just roll out from bed without any make up. I do need to wear concealer under this bb cream. I will rather to use foundation instead.

I was a skeptic because every BB product on the market claims to cover and prime and blah blah... I finally found one that does what it says! I am in my mid 40's and TBS has a product made for EVERYONE, not just the 20-somethings! I recommend using the foundation brush to apply it on your face. It really does make a difference. I am fair skinned and have lots of freckles. If you are looking for full coverage, this is not the product for you. If you want a healthy natural look that evens out tone and give a glow, this is your product! I used the lightest shade, 01, and it is great. The only reason I gave 4 stars to the value is because I wish it came in a bigger tube! No complaints from this long time buyer!! Thanks for thinking of us, mature women, too!!!!

I'm pretty disappointed because I really love BB Creams! I was super excited when I read about its blending and color matching capabilities, but when I actually tried it, my face appeared darker than the rest of my body.
At first I thought it made my cheeks look oily, but when I used just a little bit on my cheeks and eyelids, I started getting a lot of compliments on how my skin had a "healthy glow" to it. So, I'll use it from time to time if I dont feel like putting full coverage foundation on.

I read that some people had a problem with this product making their face orange, but I have never had that problem, and I've used it a lot! It provides decent coverage on days that I don't want to wear foundation. I set it with the All In One Face Base.

Great for my oily skin

I've heard so much about BB cream, so I finally decided to try with the company whose Seaweed line of facial products had performed well on my oily face. Don't know if it's just me, I did not see any difference within the first 10 minutes putting it on. But, man, after 10 minutes, my skin certainly looks more clear and more even tone, sort of like after using the Body Shop mineral powder. Perhaps that's what "color adaption" means. What's better was that my face looked less shiny than regular after 5 hours of yard work in the forever sunny-and-hot Florida. Please never ever discontinue this product.

Too Oily

I love most products from TBS, however, this product did not work for me. I need an oil free BB Cream. It spreads and covers well but within an hour my face is shiny and oily. If they produced an oil free one...I would be very excited.

Nice, but. . .

Don't be fooled by that #3 shade, it's not for, "darker skin tones." Unless there was a mix-up with the bottle I tried, it was far too light for me and I'm on the lighter spectrum on black complexions.

At first, I was hesitant to buy it, but I am so glad I did! It is lighter than regular make up, but gives you the coverage for an even and smooth skin tone. I have never had those results with regular make up. Love it!

I'm not much of a makeup person, but I'm in my 40's, with light to medium tone skin that's prone to redness and easily irritated. I have some splotchy spots from 20 years of working outdoors and I thought I could use a little something to even me out. This is great! Easy, light coverage, feels good, smells really nice. I use the #1 and the color is perfect for me, so it doesn't look like makeup, I just look a little softer and slightly luminous, without being shiny. I like it so much I bought 2 more tubes when it was on sale!

I love this. I was having similar problems to others before I went to the store. The person applied it with a brush. Huge difference I love this product. I also have fair skin. Before she showed me to apply with the brush. It made my pores look bigger and oily.

First Try at a BB Cream

I like this cream; however, it doesn't glide over my skin as easily as I had hoped. I've never used a BB cream before so maybe this is just how they are. It provides nice, quick coverage for days when I do not need to be fully done up. The tube is fairly small so I'm not sure how long it will last. I pair this with the honey bronzer and it really evens out my complexion and gives my skin a nice glow.

It worked pretty well, with good coverage and evened out my skin tone. Then I got into better light and realized that it turned my skin orange! I have fair skin, so I bought the 01 shade, yet it was still way too dark for me and made me look like an Oompa Loompa. I really wanted to like it, but the shade just didn't match me at all.

disappointing...

I'm not really sure what is supposed to be "all in one" about this. It's basically a tinted moisturizer but instead of moisturizing just sits on the skin. It sat in my pores and made my normal skin look dirty and greasy. My face didn't look smooth or even, and the lightest color is too dark for my fair complexion and made me look orange. I don't think this should be called a bb cream and I definitely don't think it should be over 10 dollars.

Feel nice, but makes me orange

I was really excited when I got this, and put it on first thing. It felt nice on my face so I was happily rubbing it in, when I looked up into the mirror and realized that my face had been tinted orange. :(
I got the lightest color, but I am pretty pale and have very pinkish skin tone, so I guess it just wasn't right for me. I would recommend it to someone with more tanned skin, though.

Although I only used this cream twice, I really liked the coverage it provided and the ease of application. Unfortunately, I had to return it because the color was wrong for my skin. I ordered #2 shade since my skin is fair with yellow undertones and I thought the #1 shade would be too pink. However, #2 was very yellow on me and I'm going to try the #1 shade and hope that one works for me.

Not for fair skin tones

I bought the lightest shade (01) and was really bummed to see that it just wasn't light enough for my fair skin. Other than that, the product is really amazing. It is probably the best BB cream I've tried (and I've tried MANY!). Very smooth application, great coverage for a sheer tint, doesn't get oily or flake off - seems to last all day after setting it with a translucent powder. I am really really hoping I can wear it during the summer once my skin is a little tanner! In the mean time, I really hope The Body Shop develops a shade for truly fair skin!
