JUST RIGHT!

This is one of the light TBS moisturizers great for summer. It is smooth, smells very pleasant and sinks into the skin instantly leaving a fresh and matte look. A great day cream, not too thick, not too light, it's just right!

I bought the face wash, toner, and this stuff thinking it would be good for my combination skin. The Vitamin E line can be too greasy for me and the Tea Tree Oil line can be too harsh, so I thought this would be the works.
However, this matte day cream made my face super shiny and did the total opposite of what I thought it would do. Really disappointed, I love TBS. I gave all the stuff from this line away to a friend, but now in retrospect that wasn't a great idea, it was just THIS stuff that didn't work, not the toner or face wash.. :/
OVERALL: I do NOT recommend this stuff for combination skin.

I use this each morning and it works quite well. It says that you can use it on both the dry and oily areas of your skin. So far it is moisturizing enough for my cheeks, and it moisturizes my t-zone well, but I have noticed within a few hours my t-zone is oily again. I wish it had spf like the lotion does.

I love this moisturizer, but not on my entire face

This cream is great. It really helps keep excess oil under control without clogging pores. I have a lot more oil in my t-zone, so I use the tea tree skin clearing lotion on that area. I use this on my cheeks and neck area. This combo is perfect for me!

Good daytime moisturizer

I tried this product after reading about it on another website. I was looking for something to mattify the shine on my face. My reason for giving it 4 stars was only because you need to allow drying time after applying it. Other than that it's a great product! It goes on smoothly, you only need a small amount, and it definitely cuts the shine on your face.

I have an oily face and with this moisturizer no one would even notice! I would typically use thicker creams for my face but this one is so light-weight and all in all amazing!

Absolutely LOVE this day cream

I've used this cream for years and love it so much I won't try anything else. A tiny amount covers my face and neck, so despite the small-looking container size it is very economical. It smells wonderful (like fresh lilacs) and my face feels like it's had a cool drink of water when I put it on in the morning. It does mattify the oily areas of my face. I rarely wear makeup, but when I do (the All-In-One Face Base), I put this cream on underneath. This cream feels terrific and works wonderfully!

I use this daily right after my seaweed toner and pore perfector in the morning, and I love how it feels on my skin. It's cooling and seems to make my face feel smoother. The size of the container originally dissuaded me from buying this, and I eventually got to try it in a seaweed kit. It only takes a small dab to cover most of of my face, so that's no longer a concern. It's just an awesome product, don't be put off by its size! I will definitely repurchase the full size.

This moisturizer is excellent.
The smell is awesome, and the feeling that you get when putting it on your skin is phenomenal. It feels fresh and clean. I use it in the morning. It doesn't make my face shine, it controls oil while hydrating.
It smells like the ocean, it wakes me up in the morning when I put it on and makes me feel happier.

This is one of my favorite products from the body shop. It smell really fresh and sooth the skin nicely. I apply it before applying make up and after cleansing. It make my skin smooth and helps moisturize my face without clogging my pores and causing breakouts.

I suffer from the curse of oily skin that seems to ooze oil an hour or so after washing and applying make-up. I have never been able to find that perfect balance of moisturizing without adding to my oilyness...until now! For the first time ever, I can wash my face, apply this cream and not need to sop up extra oil an hour after applying my make-up! I have been in awe of how soft (but not oily!) my skin feels and stays hours after applying. I will never use another day cream!

Love this product!

My skin tends to become super oily within hours of applying makeup, regardless of what kind I use. But this totally helps balance out my skin while still moisturizing enough that it doesn't peel. I use it in combination with the Body Shop's primer and they both help my makeup last throughout the day. Plus it smells wonderful. Great product!

I love the smell. its really soothing. I'm not sure if it is a mattifier because I use a matte foundation specifically to control oily skin. I use tarte with this product and its controlled my shine for the most part. I don't think its moisturizing. I've been combining this product with my sun block before I apply foundation. I like it.

It really works!

I was skeptical about this product at first but I got a sample of it so I figured why not. It worked wonders and my skin remained oil free all day. After a couple of days I ordered a full size just so I wouldn't have to go without, I would recommend this to anyone who wants oil control.

This product greatly reduces the accumulation of oil on my face throughout the day. It also is able to reduce to the oil while still providing some moisture to my skin. It's the only product that has worked for me.

This moisturizer works really well. I've been using it for about a year now, and my skin feels great every time. It's a little pricey for me (I am a college student) but it lasts for about a year! Great purchase.

Cool and moisturizing

This is a great, lightweight moisturizer. It feels so cool and calming on my skin. I love the seaweed scent. I have very oil skin, and I don't think this controlled the oil, but it didn't contribute to it either. This is good for all times of year.

I don´t know if boys can use this product to, but i love it. My friend offered me on my birthday and i've been buying it since that time.
