Makes my eyelids greasy/oily where applied!

I have tried using this several times now. The first thing that is weird is that for a cleanser it does not lather at all. They did warn me about this at the store but they said it would work anyway, which it doesn't. it sortof coats my eyelid area, making it feel greasy, and the smell for some reason reminds me faintly of chlorine. So then I use a regular facial wash to get all this stuff off my eyes and it takes a more effort than I think it should to get the stuff washed off. I think from now on I'll just use a little extra of my normal facial cleanser to remove my makeup, or use a makeup-removing cloth before I wash my face. Horribly disappointing.

Perfect- even for sensitive skin!

Great product for sensitive skin

I am very pleased with this product! As someone who has sensitive eyes and skin, it is difficult to find products that work effectively without irritating my skin. This product is creamy and removes all my eye makeup without leaving residue. I'm pleased!

I cannot express how much I love this item!! I don't wear much eye makeup, but even when I do, this removes it all very gently. I usually stock up on this when it's on sale so I never run out!!

I have been using this product for years. I love it! It takes makeup off with no problems and creamy texture feels great on my eyes. I also like that I can dab a small amount on a qtip to use without water if needed.

Works on waterproof mascara

I like this cream. It completely removes my waterproof mascara and as the cream is cool I don't know maybe it has some type of mint it leaves my lids refreshed. Sounds ridiculous but it's true.

I use this to remove stage makeup. It works well, but is still gently. I do prefer the other remover for daily use, but this is the stuff for heartier makeup. It does make my eyes blurry for a few minutes if I get even a small amount in them.

Lotion for the eyes.

I really like how this takes off 99% of my eye make up. I still do see some eye make up left on after I wash my face. It does feel like I am putting lotion close to my eyes and it tends to make my vision a little blurry. I am not sure if I would buy this again.

Great product!

This makeup remover works great. You only need a tiny bit on a cottonball to remove your makeup/mascara. I made the mistake of using more the 1st time I used it. I basically got it all in my eye. Good news, it didn't hurt. So there's another plus.

Have used this for some time now, due to VERY sensitive skin. Have tried other products and keep coming back to this one. I prefer this one over the liquid that The Body Shop carries too. Which I also like. I think I prefer this one for ease of use over the liquid. Removes everything. Doesn't sting or burn the eyes/lids.

This is the best waterproof eye makeup remover ever!! After trying several different brands, this is the only one that truly removes all of your eye makeup. It also is non-irritating to the eye...buy this for sure!!

Of all the makeup removers that I've used, this one is absolutely the best! I like the regular makeup remover, but find that this one is much simpler to use. Now, I don't have to worry about anything waterproof because this one will do the job!

Doesn't Work at All

I'm not sure what the other TBS reviewers are talking about. This didn't work and left waterproof mascara on my lashes and it smeared all around my eyes. I was even afraid that the waterproof mascara wouldn't come off! Baby oil worked much faster and was more effective using a cotton pad. I read some on-line reviews afterwards, and most reviewers didn't think it worked either.

The best!!!

This is by far the best waterproof makeup remover I've found! I love it!!! I have to use very little and I use The Body pads with it. Not greasy at all. I've tried many waterproof removers and this far surpasses any I've used.

Works very well to remove waterproof mascara which I dislike wearing because it is so hard to remove but this product does the trick and does not sting or burn my eyes at all. I am a repeat buyer of this remover and will continue to buy it!

Love this makeup remover. It is gentle yet effective and removes all of my waterproof makeup with just a few swipes. No greasy residue and no tugging or pulling of the skin.around the eye area. This is definately a staple in my medicine cabinet.

Best Makeup Remover!

For removing eye makeup, I am a life-long cold cream user-inexpensive, always available, however, I wasn't completely satisfied and asked around for suggestions.
I tried the Camomile Water Proof makeup remover.

Didn't Work For Me

Since this came with no instructions, and I couldn't find any online either, I used it the same way as liquid make-up remover: I put some on a soft cotton pad, pressed it against my eyelid, and then slowly (while still using gentle pressure) wiped my eye from inner corner out. This product ONLY removed my eye shadow, and didn't touch my liner or mascara (both were 24hr waterproof formulas). I used it four times in a row, and then twice in the morning, and it still wouldn't get it all off. Other liquid formulas that I've used it the past worked much, much faster and with better results (though they couldn't get quite everything). I don't recommend using this product. (Again, I might have used it incorrectly.) Maybe try some organic almond oil instead. It worked better for me.
