I just used a sample of this.Although it's a small sample and I don't know what will happen if I keep using this,I have to admit it works! I feel it's really mattifying,absorbing my face's oil and giving me a matte finish.I will buy it to check if it works with my pores.Nevertheless,it could be used daily I think to give a matte finish,as a primer.

Not a miracle worker but you will see results

If you're looking for something that will work immediately, I don't think that this is the product for you. But with continuous use, you will start to see results. I mostly use this on my nose/cheeks area because that's where I have the most visible pores. Although there haven't been any dramatic results, I have noticed that a lot of the spots that I used to see on my nose are getting smaller or disappearing altogether. I would recommend using this with the Tea Tree Exfoliated Wash (1-2 times a week) in addition to regularly washing your face twice a day with the regular facial wash. I'm not sure if this product would work as a standalone product for minimizing the appearance of pores but it's a definitely a good addition to your skincare routine. It's a bit expensive for what it is so I would recommend you wait until there's a sale to buy it.

Strong smell

I have been using this every other day-ish for a couple of weeks now. I do think that I can see some visible results. I have only been using it on areas where my pores are larger, like my nose and chin. My pores do appear smaller! There is a very strong smell to this product, almost medicinal. It goes away after a few minutes.

Good Product to Use as a Primer.

I like this product. I use it underneath my foundation and it seems to keep my face from breaking out. The only downside of the product is how small the container actually is, which isn't a big of a deal.

Disappointed

Initially I liked the product. The appearance and feel were nice and the strong smell went away quickly. But less than half way through the day my makeup was separating and my nose was shiny. I will continue to use this on days when I don't wear makeup but will not purchase again.

Really works

Although I do not have oily skin, I do have visible pores on my nose and this product definitely helps to make them less visible and gives my face a smooth matte finish. Makes a perfect base for BB cream or foundation. Really odd smell but it disappears quickly.

Best Minimiser Ever!

While I was in San Diego, my friend and I randomly stopped by at a Body Shop store and oh boy, am I glad that I did! I've got an oily face and my pores are visible as well, I've tried numerous products and albeit they work they are very expensive and hurts the pocket. But this product definitely works and you could see the results asap. I don't like the smell at first but it goes away in a couple of seconds and so does your visible pores! I'm in love with it and the price is so reasonable for what you're getting! Can't stop raving about it even to my husband! LOL

Treatment and Primer in One

I love this primer! Not only do I not feel guilty for wearing it because the tea tree oil is helping my acne prone skin, but my pores are invisible! My skin looks more clear and smooth. This is a perfect primer for BB Cream users.

Nice for Faces

Although I am a woman of "a certain age", I still have an oily T-Zone and enlarged pores. This product does a nice job of smoothing out problem spots. I dislike the scent (smells like a moldy dirt floor) but that goes away quickly.

only thing that has worked on my skin

i have oily acne prone skin and on top of that i also have sensitive skin. i have been buying body shop products for years but recently decided to start using their skin care and im glad i did. the tea tree line is absolutely amazing! this by far is my favorite product though, I wash my face in the morning and put it on let it dry and put on my makeup and im not worried about humidity wiping off my makeup because this stuff works. my break outs have virtually vanished and I am so incredibly happy. i do wish for $20 that you would get more than an oz but thats my only complaint

Instantly Mattifies

I bought this because it advertised as an instant mattifier and I'm so glad I tried it. I don't have large pores so I wasn't concerned about that. I use it after using the tea tree lotion and wear it either alone or under makeup. It makes my skin feel refreshed and clean and lasts all day to control my oily skin. I just wish it came in a larger size bottle for the price.

Very useful and easy to use

I needed a quick grab pore refiner and mattfier for my purse and this is it. It is compact and goes on smooth and works as advertised. I can put it on without makeup and the shine stays gone for my whole work day. I will by this again, it was a good switch from the aloe Vera day treatment I use in summer.

Mattifies instantly, but pores still the same.

I have used this product under the blemish fade night lotion from the tea tree line and sometimes during the day before putting on make-up. It is a nice primer and mattifies my combination/oily skin instantly. However, I have not noticed any pore minimizing effects so far. Maybe you will have to use it longer for that.

Pleasent Surprise!

I love the tea tree product line, mostly because most other oil minimizing or acne fighting products will leave me face read and/or peeling. The tea tree line doesn't and works just as well. This was new, so I had to check it out. I have very prominent pores on my nose and cheeks. It is something I was embarrassed about and used makeup to cover it up (or at least tried).
I didn't actually expect this to work, but I'm just on day four of using the Tea Tree Pore Minimiser and my pours and remarkable smaller and less noticeable. Even if my face doesn't improve further, I will be a satisfied customer. I'm thrilled with the results. I have to admit, a tad pricy from what I'm used to spending, but worth it for those with large pores! Also, the twist cap caught me off guard, but wasn't too difficult to figure out. I actually like it because it is more secure and easier to open in the bath or shower (which I like to apply directly after because then my pores are more open and can absorb it).

So-so product

I got this pore minimiser in their introductory price. I must say that the product is just okay. This is not a thing I cannot live without. It does instantly mattifies face which is a plus factor for my oily face. But as a pore minimiser, it doesn't really minimise pores. I tried experimenting it by using it alone and with other products like vitamin c skin boost but there is no difference. One thing I use this for is when I have a blemish on my face. It takes away the redness and makes my face feel very relaxed. This is not a must-have product but it's good to have. The packaging is quite tricky, though. I didn't realise that I need to twist the cap because the cap is not rounded.

No real difference

I have been using the product for about a week- so far I am seeing a change. I have always been happy with Tea Tree Products and this is one more to add to that list of must have!

LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!

What The Body Shop says: "It smoothes, primes and mattifies, and leaves skin feeling fresh and pure."
Exceeded my expectations not only because it did all of the above, this product did so without leaving my skin tight. The consistency of this product is on the thicker side, which I prefer. Mattifying almost immediately, it didn't leave a shiny sheen across my face. TBS's Oil Free Foundation Spf 15 goes on amazingly well after using this product.
A little goes a long, long way and makes the price worth it for what it accomplishes.
Entering my 20's on more of an oily skin complexion than my teenage combination skin, this Tea Tree product goes above and beyond what I presumed it would do as a primer. I say this because, hands down, I will be buying this as my primer instead of TBS's Skin Primer Matte It.
I love TBS's return policy because I know that I will end up finding the products that work for me, without it being a pain to return products that weren't working for me.
