Great body butter

I was skeptical about using body butter because I heard it was greasy. I went ahead and got it so I could form my own opinion and I love it!!! The person who told me it was greasy obviously used too much. It only takes a little and it lasts all day. The smell is very sutle which is what I wanted. I use this daily instead of lotion that have so many chemicals.

I swear by the Body Shop Body Butters. Nothing works on my skin like them. I get really dry skin on my legs after shaving, and I can only use the Body Butters to prevent any dry flaking or razor bumps. I definitely notice when I don't use it! I also really love this coconut scent. My bf actually picked it out for me, but it is subtle and refreshing. Not too strong like some other scents. Definitely a must have to your daily routine! I switch scents and go between Moroccan Rose, Love, Dreams, Japanese Cherry, and Vitamin E.

Miracle Product!

This is good for oily skin, normal skin, combination skin, and dry skin. I have combination skin. My knees, feet, chest, and hands are dry, but the rest of me is on the oily/normal side. This body butter keeps my feet moisturized all day and all night. The rest of my body stays moisturized as well without feeling heavy.
I've actually slipped down the stairs in my home because my feet are so dry, but that fear is gone now because my feet are always moisturized and I feel like I'm planted wherever my feet step (I hope that makes sense).
My hands are dry because I work full time in a restaurant (I wash and sanitize every 15-30 minutes) and this product prevents my hands from cracking, or heals them quickly when they do start to crack. This body butter is THE BEST. I'll definitely be buying this again, though probably in a different fragrance. It's worth it even at full price. 5/5!

I am so in love with this body butter! I haven't used TBS products since high school (read: 20 years ago) and couldn't remember much about them. I do however have a love of all things coconutty, real coconut, not the sugary sweet fake scents, so I decided to place an order for a coconut gift set along with the new eaux de toilette. I received it all last night and could not wait to try it. I used the scrub, body butter, lip balm, lip gloss and the EDT today and I smelled like a heavenly beach! The body butter had a great texture and was absorbed quickly, I got dressed immediately after applying. I never felt any stickiness, greasiness or otherwise gross filmy stuff. I did not have to use a lot of the body butter and my skin still feels soft after almost 8 hours at work.

If you are looking for an unbiased review, read on! I'm a fan of this Coconut Body Butter and have been for quite some time. It is not a fakey or too sweet smell, it's more coconutty and tropical! Yum. It works to alleviate dry skin and seems to last for a long time. The smell is not too strong or sweet, and mellows over the day, but still lingers. When I hop into bed, my husband comments that I smell good, even hours after my shower. All the things in this line are great, the shower cream, beautifying oil and new spray cologne. When I layer all of them on, I feel like I do when I'm in Hawaii. Enthusiastically recommend!

Love the silky feel of this body butter. It soaks into the skin and doesn't leave a greasy feeling, but you definitely feel moisturized! Also love that it's mess free and you can easily use every last drop. Nothing is wasted like in a pump! Not to mention the smell is heavenly ... just like being on a tropical beach :)

to be honest i'm not a coconut fan and i'm purchase this to see if it will change my mind.Thanks god it finally did.at first i thought the scent smells like plastic but after using it for a while i was impressed.Not to mention the wonderfulness it has on my skin, the scent on the body is actually much better than in the container.this is my first body butter so i will try several other lines before considering repurchase this.Oh for those who love aloe line,i recommend not to use together these 2 lines 'cause their smell as awful as dirty swimming pool water(i applied coco butter on body then aloe moiturizer on face,then smelled my hands and ...YUCK!!!)

This is totally scrumptous...I have never used a body butter that soaks into the skin and stays working 24hrs...WOW I will never use anything else...I am so addicted to this!! I could soak in it all day... You better never ever remove this from your line!!

I've been using this body butter on myself for years and have been loving it. Well, I recently discovered that my 16 month old daughter has really dry skin (but not eczema) on her little thighs and arms. I tried just a tiny bit of coconut body butter on these areas and the next day she had moisturized skin, soft as a baby! I wouldn't normally use non-baby products on my baby, but I'm glad I did! :)

I love this product, I have been using it for years. It has a very soft and smooth feel, and is great on the skin without an overpowering fragrance. The first time I bought it was after a surgery, and fell in love with it. Have been using it for several years.

Good for at night

I bought this recently and like it. It has a very light but yummy smell so it is nice to use at night because you don't want an overwhelming smell while you are trying to sleep. The coconut is tropically scented which was surprising but a nice surprise. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because the scent does not last because it is so light but it is nice and I will buy it again.

I find the coconut to be the nicest scent of all of the body butters. It has a slightly sweet smell, plus the coconut, but it is not strong. I can put it on and still wear other scents and it does not overpower me. All of the body butters are great moisturizers for fall/winter/spring (too heavy for summer); they last all night or all day and make your skin very soft. Only negatives: the coconut seems to be thicker in the container than other scents, so it is in pretty big globs on your hands as you apply it. Also, don't use it before you put on tights or workout leggings--your legs will be too tacky to put on tight items.

I have used every single body butter that TBS offers. This coconut one is top knotch because it is one of the thicker ones, and is very true to its scent. If you want to smell like the beach on a summers day, this is your scent.

The Coconut body Butter is lightly scented and absorbs into the skin easily, without being greasy. The coconut scent is not overwhelming, and reminds me of summer. This is a thicker body butter, made for extra dry skin, not really a smooth lotion texture, but a little goes a long way, so this tub will last awhile. I will be using it during the dry winter months and dreaming of summer!

I like to layers my scents so I apply if right after showering and it makes my skin really soft. I prefer to use products that lean more towards the natural side and this product has a descent grading on EWG Skin Deep's website (I had to run my own preliminary report) compared to the stuff I used to use.

I absolutely love this product. It comes in a big, sturdy container with lots of product inside. I love the deign on the container, too... its not too showy its just right. It smells amazing!! I love love love the smell of coconut. My mom and dad are very picky about scents and they both said that It smells really good. It has a sweet natural scent, and the best part is that it doesn't come off as smelling too artificial. I always apply this before school after I shave my legs and before I go to bed. I cannot remeber exactly when I last purchased this item but I am almost halfway done! It lasts a really long time. My only problem is that it takes up a lot of space for travel but you can always buy the mini size or move some of the product into a travel sized container. I used up my mini one so I just refill it from my big one! All my friends use TBS Body Butter. Its a great gift, too. thanks

I love this product and have been using it for years! The scent is light and the formula really works on my super dry skin. It would seem that the forumal/composition has changed as it is less creamy and thinker than in the past-I still love it, just noticed a difference,
