Nice smell!

I don't color or treat my hair in any way and I have usually used the "shine" products from the Rainforest line. I like the smell of the "shine" products, but I LOVE the smell of this stuff, which is why I use it. I couldn't tell you whether it prolongs the color of dyed hair because I don't dye my hair, but it does seem to make my hair fairly soft and shiny, and it does help detangle my hair if I comb through it in the shower.
One caveat is that this conditioner is THICK. Similar in consistency to toothpaste, I would say. This makes it hard to get out of the bottle even if the bottle is stored upside down. So once I've used about half of the product, I mix in some water to give it a more creamy consistency.
