I have combination skin and this gets my oily t-zone clean and my dry cheeks clean with out feeling tight. It works very well. Wish more came in the bottle for the price, but what can you do? I love it and finally found something that works for me, so I'm sticking with it!

Smells and feels refreshing!

I had an awesome sale/coupon combination when I bought this-- it cost me less than my ineffective drugstore stuff used to cost. Plus it works a million times better than the old stuff on my oily, peely, pore-y, pimple-y (all at the same time) face. And smells/feels so great I never forget to wash my face before bed anymore. So it's worth it, for sure.
I do have a couple things from the Seaweed line (face wash, moisturizer, toner, night serum) that I mix and match with Tea Tree face wash or mask depending on how cranky my skin is, but they work together great. Highly recommended.

Incredibly fresh cleanser

This product is great.
It depends on what skin type you have. Mine is oily on the T zone. This worked good on my skin, made it less oily.
The feeling when you wash your skin is just fantastic, it feels so fresh and wonderful. When you wash it off, you can feel it's all cleaned up, I was amazed.
However, it didn't help me with breakouts, blemishes or blackheads.
I would recommend it to someone who has oily skin but not too much pimples or acne problems!

Miracle Worker

This face wash has literally worked miracles! I had what I would call light acne around my chin for months, and using this face wash in conjunction with the tea tree toner has made a magical difference. I have been using it morning and night for a bout a month now, and I would say after the initial week of use, I could see a very noticible difference. The price point is great compared to other more expensive brands and considering it works as well as it does. I was using a Kiehl's face wash for years, regularly using a facial scrub from that brand, as well as having tried a Neutrogena product, and nothing cleared up my skin like this wash has. I am so grateful to have found a product that works so well for such a reasonable price. Love this and would recommend it to anyone.

Great facial cleanser

I really enjoy using this facial wash. My skin is soft and clean, not too dry nor tight. I have oily,sensitive skin and this product works really well for me.

I struggled for awhile with my skin. it wasnt horrible, but i knew it could be clearer. I was frustrated in college flipping between home well water and city water. then once i got a job and started to travel, the different city waters were more of a nightmare. its hard to look like a serious young profession with caked on concealer or red blotches. i tried this on a whim and now have told everyone about it. My sister loves it and now i'm trying to get my cousin hooked. it has a nice little tingle that lets you know its doing its job, but my skin never feels too dry. paired with my MIA, i have glowing skin that gets tons of compliments (especially from my aesthetician friend :))

awesome clean feeling

I needed to switch off Proactiv, I'd had enough with it... was just too costly and I felt like it was damaging my skin. I turned to the Body Shop and purchased this, not knowing how the switch would go, and this face wash has been such a relief. It's got a really nice gel feel to it, and feels so nice when washing your face. My skin is not perfect, but it's radiant and feels so much healthier than it did on Proactiv and has improved for sure. I will definitely continue using this, and it's an awesome product. Highly recommend the seaweed line.

good cleanser

I buy several of this cleanser every time there's a sale. A tube lasts a month or two (used every day) and it doesn't dry me out too much. It does clean off all the grease and make up. Doesn't smell nearly as bad as the exfoliant, either - I actually like the smell of this product.

This product is one of my favorites in the seaweed line, though the exfoliator is right up at the top of the list with it! I love the scent and how I feel afterwards, my face is not just clean on the outside, but I feel like every pore is just taking a big deep breath!

I have combination skin (oily forehead/nose, dry chin/cheeks) and have always struggled with occasional breakouts and oil - this system is the first thing i've found that made my skin look awesome. It is a little drying around my mouth - so I use some vitamin E moisturizer there as well, but so far it's great. I got the travel kit to try and I love it. SO glad to finally find something that works!

I have been using this wash for about 2 years now, and I must say that my skin has never looked or felt better. It removes dirt, oil, and makeup but without being harsh. It smells amazing and a very small amount goes a long way. A bottle of this usually lasts me about 6 months. Plus the price is beyond reasonable, compared to high end cleansers and drug store cleansers, nothing else compares to how great and affordable the seaweed is!

Love this wash!

Since using the seaweed deep cleansing facial wash, along with the other products in this line, I have noticed a dramitic improvement in my skin. I am not having breakouts, or feeling oily. This cleanser cleans deeply without over drying. I will not be without it!

I have to say that picking up the travel size kit and giving this cleanser a shot was the best thing ( skincare wise ) that I ever did. I absolutely love this cleanser and all the other seaweed skincare products, and I just restocked on everything too. The seaweed cleanser is great because it is gentle but thorough, I have seen a dramatic difference in my skin since I started using this product, and it's for the better, even if I forget to moisturize ( I try not to forget ) my skin doesn't feel super dry and uncomfortable. I really love this cleanser and all the other seaweed skincare products. I would definitely recommend this product to family and friends.

Not just for the acne prone!

As someone who has dealt with acne and worked very hard to get rid of it, I have to admit that seaweed wash is the only product that I've carried over from my acne phase. It is perfect for cleaning your skin without completely stripping it. I would definitely recommend it if you have clogged pores. With sensitive skin, a weekly wash with this should do the trick.

Wonderful face wash

I've had acne for years, and I've used pretty much every facewash out there. This stuff is amazing! It creates a great lather, powers through makeup, oil, dirt (and whatever other grime is on your face) and rinses beautifully clean. There is no filmy residue leftover and your skin doesn't feel tight when you rinse it off. When you follow it with the Seaweed Clarifying Toner, you'll notice that your cotton ball is absolutely clean - this facewash gets EVERYTHING off your face to leave your skin super clean! I haven't had any trouble with it drying out my skin either. I do still have acne, but I don't think it's nearly as bad as it used to be.
